It looks like a demanding process. I didn’t get through the initial stage interview due to not having great answers for the screening questions, so I can’t tell much on what comes later.
Initial call with HR. Then a call with the Manager. Followed by three calls with principal engineers. The last three technical calls were with engineers that have been there for 10+ years (probably in their 50s).
