A recruiter sends you a take-home assignment to be completed within a certain number of days. After that, you get the chance to explain your solution, and from there, you proceed to technical interviews. I managed to get the expected results, but they mentioned they preferred other submissions. A few days later, I saw on LinkedIn that they were still actively hiring.
I wish they had provided detailed feedback explaining why my submission wasn't selected, even though I clearly provided a correct answer to the take-home assignment.
