Process
One project was given to me which had both front-end and back-end elements, along with Docker implementation. It took me six to seven evenings to complete the project, but then they stopped responding.
This was a very negative experience. I have given various interviews in the EU region, both with big and small companies, but have not faced such irresponsible behavior so far.
