As a Java developer, I had to wait three weeks for an initial reply.
After those three weeks, there was a Skype interview. If we passed, then we received a case study to submit (the case study implied considerable work).
After submitting our work, we waited ten more days for an answer that looked something like, "Thanks for waiting, but you failed the case study, and we're not going to tell you why."
If this is what happens during interviews, I don't even want to know what happens as an employee.
Disgustingly disappointing.
