Pros: Nice culture and atmosphere. Flexible working hours in most departments. Great office. Urban sports membership and mental wellbeing programs. Racism, sexual assault, and violence are punished hard.

Cons: Differences in benefits and atmosphere between departments (depending on if the boss is nice or not). No accountability – feels like there are no consequences for low performers or unfair behavior.
