The process was very long.
I applied online and after 2-3 months, I received an email stating that they wanted to conduct an interview.
The process had four steps:
Between all steps, there was an interval of 2-3 weeks.
I passed the first step and received the case study, with the requirement to develop it within 7 days.
I developed the case study and after 3 weeks, I received an email informing me that I had passed with my case study.
One week later, I had the technical interview.
The interviewer was very calm and friendly. The interview took around 50 minutes and was mainly a discussion about my experiences and the case study I developed.
In the end, the interviewer told me that he liked the project and my code, liked my experiences, and confirmed that I was advancing to the final round. He asked me to wait one week to receive an email with information about the final step.
Unfortunately, I received an email stating that my Case Study did not pass. I inquired about what was happening, and HR responded that another candidate achieved better results after my interview.
I did not appreciate the position taken by the interviewer. If there is uncertainty about passing or if other candidates are being considered for the position, it is important not to confirm progress prematurely.
I was confident that I had passed based on his comments, but after that, I was very dissatisfied.
