I applied via referral, so I did not have a screening stage.

The first step was the Codility challenge with a 1-hour limit. It included four parts:

• Questions about motivation and experience
• Scaling
• CI/CD
• Problem-solving and Java concurrency

The next step was a technical interview with team members. They asked me questions about Java, cash, and problem-solving.

The last step was a cultural fit interview.
