The process took too much time, almost two months. I was applying for Palma. There was a lot of time between each interview (1-2 weeks).
I completed the technical challenge, and later they asked me about it. Following that, I had a team interview, then a product owner interview, and so on. It was around five or six interviews in total.
In the end, they didn't take my initial expectations, which I stated at the beginning of the process, into consideration. They made me a very poor offer, a lot less than my minimum. I tried to negotiate, but they refused, concluding in a total waste of time for both them and me.
People have told me that employees tend to rotate a lot because of bad conditions. Take care!
They asked me to do a technical challenge first, and in later interviews, they asked about how I would deal with many different circumstances.
