Very poor interview process. The only thing this company cares about is having a certain number of interviews per month. This seems to be a target set by hiring managers and employees for management, so they can show they are working and hitting their numbers.

Don't waste your time applying or interviewing with them. This business is already sinking, and Google Hotels is replacing them with a much better experience. Check the employee reviews here on Glassdoor, and that will prove it to you.
