Pros

target hires are only south asians for cheap resources. Extra leaves and comparatively have more holidays. Good company to step in EU and leave in 6 months.

Cons

no growth and no transparency in employee designation for obviously reasons. Answers from executive are vague, lack vision and never make sense. Company policy changes every 2 months. nobody will help you in relocation. strict about office attendance. they will ask you about your concerns only when you are leaving the job. All the concerns over work load and your growth concerns will be heard but never listened. Office premise has no eating options in 1 km radius hence if you are in office you are stuck with expensive options in the cafeteria. Rules and policies changes from team to team and manager to manager. They do provide stock options for overseas hire and they can also pay more to your juniors. In office policy forces you to stay near by or in Dusseldorf city which is a very bad option.

Advice to Management

Please do not collect future salary information from the person who is on notice.
