Pros

Target hires are only South Asians for cheap resources.

They offer extra leaves and comparatively have more holidays.

It's a good company to step into the EU and leave in 6 months.

Cons

No growth and no transparency in employee designation for obvious reasons.

Answers from executives are vague, lack vision, and never make sense.

Company policy changes every two months.

Nobody will help you with relocation. Strict about office attendance. They will ask you about your concerns only when you are leaving the job.

All concerns over workload and your growth will be heard but never listened to.

The office premise has no eating options within a 1 km radius, hence if you are in the office, you are stuck with expensive options in the cafeteria.

Rules and policies change from team to team and manager to manager.

They do provide stock options for overseas hires, and they can also pay your juniors more.

In-office policy forces you to stay nearby or in Dusseldorf city, which is a very bad option.

Advice to Management

Please do not collect future salary information from the person who is on notice.
