Pros

Pretty chilled work environment...too chilled sometimes. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Lack of interesting projects. Lack of a company vision. Lack of innovation. Lack of accountability. Lack of transparency. Lack of fair compensation among the same job family. Lack of appreciation for above and beyond contributions. Newcomers are often paid much better than the employees who are loyal to the company. Several employees seem to leave the company and then come back a few months later with much better salaries. It's almost a pattern.

Advice to Management

Try to appreciate the employees and their contributions more, instead of treating them like a number in a spreadsheet.

Try to make innovative decisions, challenge more, and hold people accountable for their work.
