Great to work for a year and/or enter the German/European market.
The company's strategy is: students or first job, young, without children. Don't expect to grow here.
It started with remote, moved to "hybrid" (4 days a month in the office), and now we're back 3 days/week. You can't plan anything because things change every quarter, from teams to strategy and projects.
You're required to be in the office, but you have to pay for expensive food in the building's kitchen, for bad food. It's better to walk 15 minutes and eat at the Hafen.
Numbers shown in all-hands meetings don't add up. You'll see "47% presence in the office" while the floor is empty and dark 90% of the month. Makes one wonder about the rest.
Good luck.

A task was given to me to complete. A set of guidelines had to be followed, and instructions were provided for how to write and fix some of the code notes that needed correction.
