Always trying to keep a fake Instagram-ready image, without fixing the real problems
Nice colleagues, free fruit, a lot of vacation time.
Fake "everything is wonderful" Instagram image, but the real problems are not fixed. Jobs are not secure; many layoffs occur after they hire new people with limited contracts to do the same thing. People who try to fix or tell them about problems are treated terribly. Marketing efforts are mediocre.
