Low-pressure environment, great parties, free beer. Very good for meeting new, young people and making friends.
Very low level of middle managers. Lots of inexperienced people. Not a very professional atmosphere. Super heavy politics, not great on meritocracy.
Hire more experienced people.
Start demanding more visibility and results from your managers.
Promote smart and hard-working people rather than PowerPoint presenters.
