5 Interview stages + "Technical assessment" where they gave you a homework assignment. Had me do the assignment + 4/5 interviews. Asked for any tips to improve on the software assignment, interview panel did not have comments. I guess they simultaneously did not find any remarks about my code to improve on and found me unqualified for the job, because they conveniently decided to discontinue at the last stage which was a "final check with the CEO". After rejecting, they additionally did not bother to respond to my follow-up email asking for any tips to improve.

Technical assessment was to develop code to parse simulated UART data and interpret the data sent.
