It took 1-2 hours for the interview. A manager and a senior RD will ask questions about your background, working experiences, and your reason for that job. Then, the manager introduced their job. At last, a higher-level manager introduced their job and package.
The interviewee needs to prepare their resume and show their capability and attitude as much as possible.
