I have one interview with the direct manager and another interview with HR. It depends whether there will be one more interview with an upper-level manager.
During the interview, after my self-introduction, I was mostly asked about the detailed work I've done, how I managed, or what I've learned.

Pros: Very good for beginners in digital design.
Cons: If your body clock aligns with office hours, you will have a nice work-life balance.
You can shut down on Friday evening and restart on Monday morning.
