I gave my 1st round in mid-August and they did not give any updates or anything, just ghosted me for a while and then the rejection came. Not sure how they evaluate candidates only on behavior-type questions as they did not ask me anything technical on my work or related to the job role. They just asked me some generic "tell me about a time" questions.
