Process
Mainly two rounds, both are non-technical. In my second round with the department managers, they kept questioning my background because I don't have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. One even asked: "Why didn't you switch majors? Your Master's degree in Engineering is too short, etc."
Really unprofessional and rude. The working environment seems toxic.
