Module Equipment Engineer Interview Experience

Process

Very negative experience. I would prefer to not even have an interview if the hiring manager is not even going to listen to me. In a 1-on-1 interview, he continued to pay attention to other things and seemed like he wanted to end the interview as soon as possible.

I did not feel as though I was given a fair chance as a candidate. I do not know if the recruiter and hiring manager were on the same page about what would be discussed in the interview, but most of the topics I was told to prepare for were not discussed by the hiring manager.
