Pros: Solution comes before root cause, and you will learn things quickly.
RD's life is quite good. If you have any idea, there is always a way to complete your EXP.
Cons: It's a great, big company; you have to follow many rules. Everyone is split into a small loop; it's hard to understand what exactly happened at the final product.
