First interview:
Go through the resume and share your knowledge relevant to this position with the interviewer. The interviewer will then share information about the job and allow you to ask questions. They will also ask if you have the skills they want. Basically, they care about your college.
Second Interview
HR will ask you behavioral questions. Not so important. Just prepare for it as you prepare for Amazon BQ. It is said that if the manager wants you, you're in, no matter how you behave in the HR interview.
