TSMC Interview Experiences
Quality Engineer
I only had a phone interview, with previous online English testing. I interviewed with the Quality Department Director, and he talked most of the time during the interview. There were not too many specific questions during the interview.
Procees Engineer
Online assessment and technical interview with engineers. You will get a 1hr interview. They ask you behavioral questions, but also mostly technical. They don’t email you back if you get rejected, so don’t anticipate it.
Equipment Engineer
Straightforward interview. Mostly interested in your work ethic and ability to learn quickly. Technical questions asked about previous projects and how one approaches new problems. Must express willingness to learn and work hard.
