Famous Company, Toxic Culture
It is a famous company.
I can't stand the toxic corporate culture any more. There's a clique of "favorite" employees who are treated better and given preferential treatment over others. Also, employees are expected to be available at all times, through late nights and weekends, with no regard for personal time.
You should listen to employees and communicate effectively and regularly.

Online interview, asking about chemical problems and lots of behavioral questions. Got the offer really quick, in about two weeks, and the interview took around an hour online. The interview arrangement was also really fast, about one week.
