Normal conversation, but the HR seemed to care about the school that you graduated from quite a bit. [They] explained that you should spend extra time to do the projects. [It] seemed to be a standard procedure.

Long waits between interviews 1 and 2. Interviews were conducted through a third-party recruiter. Interviewees had a difficult time communicating in English. They had little knowledge regarding the relocation to Taiwan and the overall training plan.

The managers were polite and nice, and asked a lot of questions. They tried to understand how the candidate dealt with their work back in school and in their previous jobs.
