Good pay and benefits. Well-known company.
Long hours, heavy workload, terrible management, no work-life balance.
If you open a business in the US, it's better to do it the American way instead of your own way.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. Lots of tough technical questions for a few rounds. Then two rounds interviewing with other people from the team and a few superiors. Nothing too difficult except for a few in the first interview.
Long waits between interviews 1 and 2. Interviews were conducted through a third-party recruiter. Interviewees had a difficult time communicating in English. They had little knowledge regarding the relocation to Taiwan and the overall training plan.
I had two interviews. Both were mainly focused on company culture, why you wanted to work for the company, and what you know about the company, etc. Some behavioral and technical questions were asked as well.
