In total, two phases after their CV screening. Really interested in getting to know you and making you feel heard. Explained everything in detail and [gave] plenty of time to ask questions. Timeline for their decision was also clearly stated.

Behavioral questions and asked if I was willing to work overnight shifts. Interviewers were nice and showed interest in my experiences. Did not get a second round offer. Overall experience was good.

HR contacted me and asked whether I'm interested in the job. It took roughly 20 minutes for a behavior test. If you have taken IELTS or TOEFL, you don't need to take the English test. And roughly 1 hour for the interview.
