Two rounds of interviews with panelists, three each. The interviews took place in May 2025. Lots of questions regarding your current job. Some STAR questions as well. The process took around two months.

The interviewers were all Taiwanese and seemed to be interested in someone with a Chinese background or an industrial engineering background. The rejection came almost immediately, and I was disappointed in it.

First round, I interviewed with a manager. He only asked some behavioral questions and about the information in my resume. He was a nice interviewer. Second round, there were three managers. All of them only asked questions related to my resume and
