Interview for this position, but keep asking if I am willing to do another position. What is the point of interviewing me? Non-stop working environment. Worst KPI management ever. But the canteen seems good.

Totally, there are 3 interviews. These included your direct manager, HR, and the boss. The interviewer asked about your self-introduction, teamwork experiences, your role in a team, behavior questions, and the difficulty of team building.
