Give a competitive salary to those who don't have hot talent but graduated from the top 4 universities in Taiwan.
Poor working efficiency. You'll be assigned to several meetings per day and per week, which makes you have no time to do your job during working hours. You'll have to do it overtime.
But, you only get 46 hours of overtime per month according to Taiwan's labor law. The company won't approve more than 46 hours of overtime submission.

Manufacturing Engineer
Two rounds of interviews with panelists, three each. The interviews took place in May 2025. Lots of questions regarding your current job. Some STAR questions as well. The process took around two months.
