If you face some problems, you should always follow the SOP to deal with it.
If there is no SOP, you should build one. You can learn a lot of methods to solve problems systematically.
Some of the analysis tools are out of date. For example, if you use Python/R to analyze the device experiment data, you can probably finish the report (including figures, tables, outliers, mean/median, etc.) in 10 minutes. However, the tools you have are Excel and SAS. Thus, if you are familiar with these tools, you will still spend at least one or two hours to finish your report.
