High pay, tough loading
Pay is relatively high, only for Taiwan. TSMC can give you excellent training in the world.
TSMC makes you work very hard. The loading is larger than you can imagine. Please do not join TSMC if you want to have a normal life with your family.
People are always the most important property in TSMC. More fairly, PMD evaluation is necessary. Especially for the senior employees, most of them have the most valuable experiences. Keeping them working at TSMC is the first aid.
