Senior Engineer
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. It will have 2 interviews: * 1st interview with HR * 2nd interview with the section manager (1 from Taiwan, 1 from Japan) After that, HR decides the salary and discusses it with you.

They mainly asked behavioral questions and very few technical questions. The process was smooth and straightforward. It lasted for 1 hour. Communication was a bit difficult for me with the interviewers. Overall, a fine experience.
