- Nice place for new grads who want to learn the best technology of R&D here in Taiwan.
- Too much paperwork and too many meetings for an engineer.
- Work hours are too long compared to the payment.
- For engineers in the physical design/EDA field, there are many better choices compared to TSMC.
Paperwork and meetings should be done/attended by the manager, not the engineer!!

Senior Engineer
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. It will have 2 interviews: * 1st interview with HR * 2nd interview with the section manager (1 from Taiwan, 1 from Japan) After that, HR decides the salary and discusses it with you.
