Good company, but a high-pressure working environment
Good company, but a high-pressure working environment
Nice salary when compared to similar companies. You can learn quite a lot of knowledge about semiconductors, especially for fresh graduates or those on their first job.
Working at a high pace and under pressure. Need to work on holidays for rotation. Not a very good place for work-life balance.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. It will have 2 interviews: * 1st interview with HR * 2nd interview with the section manager (1 from Taiwan, 1 from Japan) After that, HR decides the salary and discusses it with you.
Senior Engineer
Depends on your job scope. For engineers, they will ask questions based on your background. For managers, they will ask what kind of projects you have led before.
OPC Engineer
Let me introduce myself and talk about my Master's thesis. They try to explain their job content, but actually, the section and department managers don't understand what their engineers are doing.
