Depends on your job scope. For engineers, they will ask questions based on your background. For managers, they will ask what kind of projects you have led before.

First, interviewees have to wait in a conference hall. After waiting for half an hour, the manager will come and lead you to a meeting room. The interview starts then. After the interview, the interviewee should go back to the conference hall. Wait u
