TSMC Interview Experiences
Senior Engineer
Depends on your job scope. For engineers, they will ask questions based on your background. For managers, they will ask what kind of projects you have led before.
Senior Engineer
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. It will have 2 interviews: * 1st interview with HR * 2nd interview with the section manager (1 from Taiwan, 1 from Japan) After that, HR decides the salary and discusses it with you.
Equipment Engineer
I got the HR phone screen and scheduled the interview in two weeks. The whole of the interview finished in two hours. I met one HR representative and an engineering manager in TSMC.
