TSMC Interview Experiences
Senior Engineer
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. It will have 2 interviews: * 1st interview with HR * 2nd interview with the section manager (1 from Taiwan, 1 from Japan) After that, HR decides the salary and discusses it with you.
Senior Engineer
Depends on your job scope. For engineers, they will ask questions based on your background. For managers, they will ask what kind of projects you have led before.
OPC Engineer
Some behavioral questions. How do you team work? How do other members in the team describe you? Work-life balance? Rank salary, life, self-achievement. Can we be on-call? High stresses environment.
