TSMC Interview Experiences
Senior Software Engineer
Through a headhunter’s introduction, I went through two rounds of interviews with the hiring company. This included a video interview and an on-site English and personality test in Hsinchu, which took about a little over a month in total.
Equipment Engineer
Filled in information, then took the English test, then waited for 2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting, I met with the manager and HR. The section manager was friendly, but HR was impolite, not even facing the interviewer.
Engineer
Firstly, take the orientation test and English ability test, about one hour. Secondly, talk with the manager about work and self-introduction, about one hour. Lastly, have an HR interview about personality for 30 minutes.
