TSMC Interview Experiences
Technical Manager
I had five phone interviews. Only one interviewer was located in San Jose; the rest of the four were located in Taiwan, HQ. After all were passed, HR told me that I passed these interviews. The last interview was with the HR Director in San Jose, CA.
Manufacturing Engineer
The two supervisors were interviewed in Chinese. The first one will ask you to introduce yourself at the beginning and then ask questions based on the content of your self-introduction and your resume.
Integration Engineer
The interview process includes the first interview, second interview, HR interview, and factory test. The questions primarily focus on the candidate's master's thesis and personal characteristics, making the process very thorough.
