Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

They will waste your time and make you do six hours of interviews. They discriminate based on age and make assumptions about you during your interviews. They assume things you haven't even mentioned and claim to be inclusive while judging everyone based on "magic values" they don't follow. Your experience and knowledge are seen as detrimental. They want people with no experience so you have no opportunity to leave. Even if you are a sure thing and they tell you you're a great fit throughout the interview journey, they will lie and give an insufficient reason for not selecting you. Definitely beware of your time and worth, as this company sees you as nothing. They will base their decision on four calls they force you to have with random people in one day.
