The process from applying to getting the final result took over two weeks.
Two days after the final interview, the recruiter emailed to ask to schedule a time to discuss interview feedback. The feedback was very helpful, telling me what I did well and poorly in the interview. However, I would hope the recruiter could let me know the result in the email and then ask if I would like to hear the feedback. This waiting period made me anxious and uncertain, leaving me to wonder if it meant rejection or an offer.
