Process

I had one interview with HR. Then came the Christmas holidays and vacations in January. Two months later, Twilio refused my application without feedback. The full ghosting has left me really disappointed with the Twilio process. I truly expected more.

Cons: Promotion/salary adjustment apparently is not easy. For what I hear, because I haven't been that long in the company.
