Pros: Man, it's been great, honestly. I've heard a lot about how toxic the corporate culture can be, so maybe that is why I had really low expectations from people in general. But the advantage of a remote-first company is also that there are fewer personal interactions and hence little to no politics. At least at this point, I can only say so much; I'm just an intern. But I've heard from my manager as well, and almost everyone working at Twilio only has good things to say about it. I really hope we keep building good stuff and stay relevant, because that's something that really matters at last.

Cons: Remote-first also makes you super lazy. I have ADHD, so for me, it kind of works out, as I work a lot at a stretch and then chill for a while. But for people with a specific routine, their progress might get hindered, as they can only ask the other person to submit whatever work they want or are codependent on. But yeah, that goes with every remote company, then.

Pros: Very welcoming environment. Great team and support.

Cons: Remote working might bore you sometime, else it's good.

Pros: Very nice mentors and work culture in the office and even when remote.

Cons: Less number of offices in India.
