None of the interview panel seems interested in hiring a good team. They appear to be forced to do this, except for the bar-raiser.
Interview requirements were not clearly explained. The interviewer did not ask for my summary, nor did he explain his experience or the details of the round. He was quick to jump to questions and answers within the first three minutes.
With that being said, forget about help. You are expected to fail, and they seem to have made it a point to do so.
