The process began with a HackerRank test. Following that, an HR representative reached out and scheduled an online interview. This interview included behavioral questions.

This was followed by virtual (Zoom) interviews covering coding, design, a bar raiser round, and a hiring manager round. Both behavioral and technical rounds were given equal importance. It would be beneficial to prepare in advance for questions about challenges and conflicts using the STAR method.

The technical and system design rounds were conducted on HackerRank CodePair. All these rounds were administered by interviewers from the US and were very good and interesting.

However, the hiring team in India needs improvement. They did not reach out via email. I finally received a phone call after 48 hours to inform me of my rejection. The entire process took one week.

To date, the hiring team has not bothered to send an email with feedback, despite my explicit request. They also do not reply to email communications. With each of the four sections lasting approximately 45 minutes, I believe that if the company values candidates' time, they should at least inform candidates of their status, even if it's a rejection.
