Had 4 rounds of interviews that involved peer coding, design, and culture fit.

Fair & Friendly:

Interviewers asked nothing out of the ordinary. A bit of lag with the software being used, but got through it. They weren't too quick nor too slow to provide tips when stuck. They were upfront with the amount of time each question would take and were more interested in thought process & communication than getting the perfect answer. Had a solid recruiter who provided quick turnaround for scheduling.
