I passed the first two interviews but was rejected after the third one.
First interview: Phone screening with a recruiter. It was a casual chat, neither technical nor behavioral.
Second interview: Skype call with the Team Leader. This included discussions on both technical and behavioral topics.
Third interview: Phone call with a coding pad. The Team Leader asked a coding question and a technical question about how I would solve a problem he presented.
My primary concern about the interview is that my background differs from web services, which was the focus of their inquiries. I mentioned this during the first two interviews, and the second interviewer (Team Leader) even stated he had no issue hiring a software engineer willing to learn something new.
However, my experience with the third interviewer was not positive. He did not seem to have read my CV before the interview. Consequently, his questions were at a level suited for someone with extensive experience in that specific area.
Coding question (easy): How to find the intersection between two string lists.
