Process

  1. Recruiter interview: A standard one, though I didn't have to retell my resume.

  2. Tech assessment on HackerRank: Two to three tasks on various topics.

  3. Call with another recruiter: They tell you more about the next steps (I don't know why they can't do it in writing, similar to other companies).

  4. Tech steps:

    • System Design: In the end, they ask you to list the technologies you would have chosen for the project and why.
    • Live Coding: A task similar to one from step 2.
    • HM interview: Three behavioral questions. The way it was handled could have been easily replaced with a form.
  5. Feedback call.

With the exception of the very first call, every interviewer was late. Interviewers from the Tech steps had a bad setup, and it was hard to see them due to bad lighting or camera placement.

Overall, not a bad experience, but I was disappointed as I expected more professionalism from this company.
