I recently applied to Twilio. I spoke with the recruiter at a virtual job fair. They asked for a CV and a cover letter, and then I passed through the technical interview (same questions, ordered by priority, and dividing a message into several text messages).
I then received an email telling me I would be moving forward to the interview, but it never happened. This was despite me reaching out to the recruiter and telling her I was still interested in the offer and was expecting the interviews to be scheduled.
A month later, she wrote me an email telling me the position was filled.
It was the worst experience I've had with a company of this size. The whole process lasted two months.
